  Ordered a double plain hamburger and fries. Waited about eight minutes to get my food. When I drove off, the fries were still cold and I only had one patty. I drove around and let them know and then they told me that the grill was going to be down for another maybe 15 minutes. And then I told them if they can give me something else for the inconvenience since I don’t want to wait 15 minutes and if they could give me new fries. They gave me new fresh fries, but since the car in front of me was waiting for their food, I waited an additional 7 to 8 minutes for them to move forward. Was not given anything for the inconvenience and paid for a double plain hamburger and only got a single.

  I’m honestly disgusted with how far McDonald’s has fallen. Every single visit feels like a gamble between barely edible food and straight-up disappointment. The fries are either cold and stale like they’ve been sitting out for hours, or so over-salted they’re practically inedible. The burgers look nothing like what’s advertised—sloppy, smashed, and thrown together with zero care. The service is even worse. Employees act like taking your order is a personal inconvenience, and mistakes happen almost every time. Missing items, wrong orders, or food that looks like it was rushed out without a second glance. It’s ridiculous that a company this big can’t get basic consistency right. And don’t even get me started on cleanliness. Sticky tables, dirty floors, and trash overflowing—it feels like no one is even trying to maintain a decent environment. For the prices they’re charging now, you’d expect at least some level of quality or effort, but instead it feels like everything has gone downhill. At this point, going to McDonald’s doesn’t feel like a quick, reliable meal—it feels like a waste of money.
