    what the heck has happened to this store? I've been stopping once a week or so for lunch for a year or so because I work in the area. The last couple of months there has been mostly a completely different crew and they can't seem to get it together. Little Tom, cheese, no tomato. Last week, got no cheese with tomato. This week, no tomato or cheese and there wasn't enough turkey to hardly taste. Y'all need to bring back the two young ladies that were almost always there at lunch.

    I ordered 7 minutes ahead on the mobile app. I got to the store and waited another 15 minutes for my food while 5 customers came into order and got their food before I did. I guess mobile orders aren't priority here. I will not being ordering here again.

    I've had a lot of issues with this particular store and I decided to give it another try. They're supposed to be fast but 40 minutes later I didn't receive my order and it turns out that they delivered it to someone else's house. So then I had to wait further in order to get another sandwich from the store and I had to call and waste my time... and when I finally got it it was so burnt that it was inedible and then they were telling me that the reason that it was burnt is because I I decided to choose not to have mayo on my sandwich. I don't know how that could be a factor in the burning process, but all I know is that I waited over an hour and then I had to go and get food elsewhere. I have ordered sandwiches from there in the past where the bread was just completely stale and I think that was the case with this. But regardless it took over an hour and it's just ridiculous that they would deliver it to someone else's house.
