This is the best Arby’s. This is my second time ordering from them and they didn’t disappoint. The gyro hits every time, the jalapeño poppers were on point, and the peach cobbler eggrolls were amazing. Everything was fresh and made right. Shout out to the night crew.

I can't believe how long I had to wait in the Drive-Thru. There was only one car ahead of me and I sat there for 20 minutes for some mediocre food. Do not recommend! Absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for so-called fast food.
Then I called to try to see why there is such a delay because I'm still waiting and it just hangs up on me and says they are not available
Then to top it off I get up to the window and The boy is yelling at me and calling me "shorty" as well as other names that I won't even mention... Then he refused to give me his name. Absolutely asinine and insane! He was literally yelling in my face and I don't know how that is acceptable at all!
He tried to give me an order that wasn't mine and I let him know that was incorrect and then he got really angry and just started screaming. I still can't get anyone to answer the phone and I really need a manager to contact me!
Update... No one has called me back, and every time I call it told me that the location is not available to take my call. I even called the corporate office and they haven't called. I called another location of Arby's who said that they will let the manager Stephanie know that I needed to speak with her and she hasn't called!!!! This is pretty preposterous! I shouldn't have to be subjected to negativity when I'm just trying to get a sandwich after taking care of my mom all day. Can someone please call me back?

Horrible customer service two ladies at the counter when I walked in they were changing prices on signs I waited for someone to greet me but they didn't. One lady walked past me and went outside with a sign another lady grabbed a sign and hung it up behind the counter. AI waited another minute before I had to ask "Can I please place a order? " she seemed bothered i interrupted her. Do better i have been in management since 2011 and guest service is the first thing I learned and l trained employees on. We customers pay your checks always remember that. Also took ten mins to get my food with no one in front of me to order just because they ignored and didn't acknowledge me and I patiently waited.
