Order through drive through and error in an order; missing donut. Walked in and showed the minor employee. He looked on the bag, threw the bag at me and said, there are two donuts. Please advise the entire donut was missing and the bag was never opened. After asking for the manager. Received full return. Check your bag!!!

Drive back to the store only to be told we don't really count munchkins and we just stuffed some on top. Guy said he was now out of munchkins and offered a box of box of donuts. Which if I wasn't giving these to toddlers then it wouldn't be a big deal. I was more aggravated at the fact that their phone was off the hook for hours and having to drive back only to be told they were out. The other Dunkin off Ridge in Gary by the Menards is better and they have friendlier staff than this location.
