- JGJohn Gatwood4 days ago1.0This is the worst Dunkin around. It’s clearly not owned by the same people that own the others in highland/hammond. They are very consistent on being rude and making terrible food. I’ve swung by a few times in the last few months and it’s always a horrible experience.

The girl with the piercing and black hair who usually works around 5pm at the drive-thru always seems to have a terrible attitude 😒. You can tell she clearly doesn’t enjoy her job, but that’s not the customer’s fault. Sadly, it seems like a few of the staff here are always grumpy 😔. I’ll be sticking to the Gary Dunkin instead-they’re always cheerful 😃 and communicate well, making my visits much more enjoyable. Also, the matcha I tried here was awful 🤢; I didn’t even know matcha could taste that bad. Definitely won’t be coming back. 🚫
