  Absolutely disappointed with my experience. The cashier was extremely unfriendly and even charged me for a small chips without giving me the bag until I mentioned it. I also asked for mild salsa, but instead was given pico. On top of that, the floors were filthy and the tables were dirty. The restaurant clearly lacked cleanliness and customer service. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be eating here again.

  This staff here was very professional. I had a misunderstanding of how I wanted my burrito made, and another person working there was very kind and offered to make it over and give a discount. I appreciated the kindness.

  Bridget (manager) was somewhat awesome. But I really feel bad for Bridget. A couple of her team members are extremely rude, disrespectful. After ordering online, my order was late. One team member became confrontational/combative for no apparent reason. Bridget never told the team member to stop, which was odd as a leader of management. This is by far the WORSE Chipotle I ever visited, I will never return to this location again.
