  This place truly lives up to its name with an incredibly diverse lineup of options, and the absolute standout has to be the massive variety of meats they serve. The quality is top-tier, the portions are great, and they genuinely deliver on the promise of having the meats. Honestly, with everything they already offer, I wouldn't be surprised if they started serving Big Bob's meat on the menu as well! Highly recommended.

  Second time in two weeks they out of Arby's sauce. Who wants to eat a roast beef with Arby's sauce...

  Went Sunday 4/18/26 @1:15 with a group of 5 to dine in. Waited 5-10 at the counter to get ANYONE to address us. We were ignored after repeated requests to place an order. WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE DINING ROOM. We told wait, then again we are getting to you, we will be right with you but NO ONE ever came to take our order. All employees were in clear view and all noticed us. Finally 3 of the 5 left. I talk the employees this was crazy over half is our group left. When I mentioned half the group left I was told “oh well”. As 2 of us stayed still without service we too decided to leave. We were told go ahead, we don’t care. Go ahead and leave a bad review…have a great day. WELL, Arby’s Highland IN as you requested here is your BAD REVIEW. I will NEVER BE BACK AND I SPOKE TO YOUR GENERAL MANAGER. Stay away if you are looking to eat at Arby’s. If you want to be disrespected and never served this is definitely the place.

  Management needs to train the employees better. Service not friendly and they don't know how to make a Reuben sandwich. It was the fattiest corned beef I ever had and it had no dressing and the cheese was not even melted. Cold food is not acceptable.

  Tables were dirty floor was greasy three people from drive through brought back their orders didn't have have of the food products for the sandwiches and no condiments for the food bathrooms were dirty . Only two people working. Customers walking out waiting too long.
