  They are selling spoiled food. I went this evening to get a 10 piece combo. I got hm and took one bite from one of the wings and it tasted spoiled. I tried to call but the phone was not working. So I had to get dressed and drive back up there only to find out the manager is on leave and I could not be issued a refund until Monday. I have never had a problem with their food. No ice for the drinks like who is the manager. This is the last time I will visit this location. Horrible customer service. Why would offer to remake food that is clearly spoiled? $18.00 wasted smh I should have been able to get an immediate refund.

  The attitudes in here is terrible. I was given my food and the fries were cold, I notified them my fries were cold and when I got them back it tasted like they put them in the microwave.

  I’ve been going to this wingstop and the one by Walmart for years. However, for some reason they’ve hired a whole new staff and the quality has gone down IMMENSELY. I ordered online just to get in there & they told me they’ve ran out of stuff. Idk how they keep running out of ingredients. It seems like this wingstop is unprepared. Then, I ordered Cajun wings so why did I get plain wings with a sprinkle of Cajun sauce? The quality of this wingstop has 100% gone downhill recently and I will not be back. I’m annoyed.

  Ordered and PAID FOR a 10 pc wing combo an hour and a half ago , picked it up, & got all the way home only to realize the side I chose AND PAID FOR was not in my bag. No ice for drinks ANDDDDD my side choice of veggies was missing. I’m very upset and will be taking my business elsewhere from this point on. WHAT CUSTOMERS PAY FOR SHOULD BE PRESENT IN THEIR BAGS.

  This restaurant has a serious issue in how they sauce their wings. They not utilize the bowls in which the chicken is supposed to be sauced in. Most times (and I’ve watched with my own eyes), they place the chicken in the to-go container and just pour seasoning on top while the bottom of the chicken is sitting in oil. This always happens with my garlic Parmesan or lemon pepper wings, sometimes the fries. I decided today instead to get original hot wings, thinking they’d be fully sauced. Well I was wrong. The fries were mostly burnt on one end as well. Please put your phones down ladies for just a minute and check the food quality. The chicken strips I had tasted like they’ve been sitting out well past the time that they should’ve. They tasted old and dried out. That’s also dangerous to feed someone old food. Were these strips on a timer? There’s no way this order was made fresh. I was not greeted upon entrance and instead watched two ladies in the back on their phone one leaning out on the second counter towards the door where the condiments are. It’s no wonder the food quality is always poor here. As another reviewer stated, go to the one in Lansing. You’ll have a better chance getting fresh food there than this Wingstop.
