  Everything i ordered tasted horrible. I asked for buffalo sauce and got ranch. My pizza was not cut good I had to rip the slices out by hand. My boneless wings were chewy i spit them out. Bread sticks too hard. Pretty much everything I ordered went straight to the garbage smh what a waste!!!! Never coming back here again.

  I placed my online order by 8:45pm. I ONLY ordered 2 Oven-Toasted Sandwiches. The ETA was supposed to BETWEEN 9:29 PM - 9:39 PM. I did not receive my 2 sandwiches until 10:05pm! OVER AN HOUR!!!! I am so confused on why, and how, it took them 1 hour & 20 minutes to make 2 small, little toasted sandwiches? Plus, after an hour of both sandwiches sitting under the heat lamps, they definitely were not hot & fresh. Very, very disappointed. If I would've known about their service, I would've used my Papa John's gift card at a different location.

  Placed an order and it was ready pretty quickly, now I know why… they didn’t even cook my pizza all the way, cheese and crust was undercooked a little, I had to throw it in my air fryer to finish it, didn’t even look too busy why rush it?

  Ordered 2 large pizzas and two 2 liter bottles of soda to my hotel room to have dinner and snacks for a few days while training at work. They used DoorDash to deliver the food. The driver went off route that put her out an extra 12-15 minutes via re-routing. Then she couldn’t find the hotel since it’s in a cluster. Once she arrived, she only had one 2 liter bottle of soda. I figured screw it, it’s not worth the effort of contacting them over $3.50. Then I get a survey asking about my experience. It was here that I decided to mention the issue. The survey page apologized for the error and asked if I’d like someone to contact me. Sure, I enter and chose email since I was given the option of a phone call or email. No email arrives. Then I get another survey asking about the resolution email I received. I select I did not get one. Now the screen promised the issue would be escalated and someone would contact me. Nobody still has. I was going to let the issue go since it was a few bucks, but since they solicited my feedback, I offered it. This location dropping the ball twice in a row turned a minor inconvenience I didn’t even care about into something that irked me. Don’t offer to resolve an issue if you aren’t going to resolve it. Food was as expected, even if not as hot as it could have been with the delivery delays. Order number 1312101646
