    Staff is friendly. The location needs to improve cleanliness. Order Screens are dirty. Floor is worse. Floor It’s slippery like if they used oil to wipe it. I have gym shoes and I am skating.

    Don't get food here at night, esp. if you're coming from work (around 9:30pm and after), it's always a LONG line and extremely long wait.

    Normally at night it can get pretty busy and I can understand the frustration with some of the workers, but one of the team members, Jeff, was very kind and helpful!!

    Every time I make a trip to this McDonalds there’s an issue. I’m from the area so the expected interactions don’t even bother me anymore. But today I must say frustrated me. They took my order at the window per usual. When i got the register window the young lady read me back the wrong order. She being to correct her coworker. Apparently he took the order wrong. She rerang the order and expressed how she’s had to fix this kind of mistake twice already today for the man. What really made me mad is that they did not give me my change back. It was only for a penny but if you look at the receipt you can see that there systems are working to not give you the appropriate change back. I’ve had this issue with the McDonald’s on Kennedy as well. Is there something that can be done. I don’t think it’s fair that McDonald’s decides who gets their change back and how. I understand that the “coin caddies” are automated and only push out the change that the registers calculate. Can someone please look into this. I was shorted almost a whole dollar once before.

    Every time I've tried to place some mobile order after midnight or even at midnight because this order was placed prior to midnight I am always told that they are closed why is it I can play some mobile order if you're not open this company needs to fix this because y'all are losing customers left and right and one customer may not make the difference but after people talk that does make a difference.
