  At this point, I’m convinced this restaurant has a personal vendetta against me. I never used to have problems here, but starting last month, it’s been one thing after another. First it was a sandwich with a weird taste — turned out to be the cucumbers. Fine, lesson learned, no more veggie with cucumbers. Then I asked for a regular amount of mustard and got a sandwich that looked like it had been dunked in a mustard vat. So I switched to “easy mustard” — and somehow that translated to a single pea-sized dot of mayo and mustard piled on like it owed the sandwich money. But last night takes the cake: I got a sandwich at 9pm that ended up making me physically sick. I’m still not feeling great today. The jokes about the mustard are one thing — I can laugh about that — but genuinely getting sick from food is where I have to draw the line. I really hope this gets addressed, because I’d love to go back to actually enjoying this place again.

  I’m 3 minutes away from the store, and everytime I order a sandwich from this location for delivery, it always shows up 30 minuets later, taste off, and I usually always have one thing messed up with my order. Just a shame because I love the food and order it a lot. But I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again, it’s been really downhill lately

  Won’t put giardiniera on half a sandwich would only put it on the side, also wouldn’t cut my second sub into 3 .. Customer service is important and this location is very blah

  Best Jimmy John's! I drive all the way from the East Side of Chicago because the sandwiches are fresh and so good!
