- JBJD BurnsAug 10, 20261.0I visited this location on 8/10/26 and decided to go inside and watch how my drink was made because it seems to vary depending on who’s there. The manager made my drink which was the new energy drink in a size medium. This drink gets 6 pumps of the energy syrup and seltzer water. I ordered it with light ice. She immediately fills the cup with ice. She said that no ice is $1 extra. I noticed she only gave me 4 pumps of the syrup. I told her that I only saw her do 4 and she said it was 6. I watched her the entire time and it was 4. She is shady and likes to overcharge so if you order from this location, watch how your drink is made and check your receipt. Also when I asked for my receipt she retrieved it from the trash and attempted to give it to me. I asked her to reprint it and she said her system could not do it. I left the receipt on the counter. I highly recommend that you go to another location.

What made the experience worse was the employee’s attitude. He acted like he couldn’t hear me, refused to acknowledge the issue, and when I asked for his name, he wouldn’t provide it. He even asked for the donuts back, which made me wonder if they were just going to be resold. To top it off, two Long Johns were crammed into a bag, rubbing the glaze off before I even got them. Mistakes happen, but customer service and taking responsibility go a long way. This was a disappointing experience. Do better.👎
