I Ben costumer at this location for 10 years. I would said Mantu was at the Service at the moment.
- NDNicholas DonaldsSep 18, 20261.0Probably on of the worst Dunkins in town. They consistantly get orders wrong. Use old expresso, and try to save every dollar. I order 10 of their special munchkins and instead of them saying they dont have any, they put another type in. I thought it was a mistake but when I went around to get it corrected, then I was told they were all out. The new owners are shady and run it like Americans are dumb. They cut corners and will try and play on people's lack of time to get old product out the door. I assume they figure most people dont have time to come back so they get away with their shadiness. Also, how hard is it to not forget the straws

She looked to be in her 30s, but please show respect we come here because we love coffee and food, especially when we're running a little late, not to see stuff like that.

My order has been made incorrectly several times, despite me being very specific every time. I always ask for one pump of creamer…nothing more. Instead, my coffee consistently tastes AND looks like an entire bottle of creamer was poured into it. What made the experience even more frustrating was the customer service. Each time I politely mentioned that my order wasn’t made correctly, I was met with attitude and told it was made the right way instead of someone listening or trying to fix it. Mistakes happen, but dismissing customers and refusing to acknowledge the issue is disappointing. After several bad experiences, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
