  I went in we had an issue told him why is there barely any meat in the pizza portion is what he said I said ok I ordered a Philly cheese no its peppers and meat smh but the general manager already had attitude but accused me of attitude I just wanted to know if I was wrong in the order was baffled about not having enough cheese or ingredients but I was threatened to leave and call the cops he wasnt giving me extra I would have paid for it if it was my fault !! Not treated like i was bothering you please fix this guy's I didn't deserve that treatment I work hard for my money and love Domino's smh and I order 3 pies smh this isnt cheap..next time customer service to descalate his anger towards a customer complaint I was scared but stood my ground another employee who was brilliant said I will fix it that could have been done in the first place not tell me get out my store or threaten me.

  I ordered pizza from Domino's all the time in Munster it's my favorite pizza spot most of the time today I ordered from Hammond it's by far the worst pizza I've ever had this is supposedly extra sausage

  Love y'all's food and and usually love getting food at this location. But I've had a RECURRING issue at this location (occuring several times over the past year) where I will order garlic twists/bites, and you guys will give me garlic PARM twists/bites instead. And when I go back inside and say "hey sorry but I ordered the garlic without the parmesan could you remake these" EVERY SINGLE TIME the worker ALWAYS goes on about "well actually it's the same thing as what you ordered we just added parmesan to the garlic twists/bites so basically you're getting something extra for free" First of all, no?? Garlic bread twists/bites and garlic parm bread twists/bites r the same price. And they are two separate things on the menu. Second of all, i don't care! I ordered garlic for a reason! Because I want garlic only! Not garlic + nasty yucky cheese! Don't add stuff to my food that I didn't order! Twice now they have refused to make me my correct garlic twists/bites because "we gave you garlic twists/bites they just have parmesan on them too" like idgaf bro take them back and give me some without the nasty feet cheese chunks

  On April 10th. We ordered pizza on line from Domino's. Pizza at around 9:17pm.. And it was out for delivery at 9:34pm. No pizza yet at 10:15pm ....Called to speak to a Supervisor and no one was answering the phone. My son left the house to go see where our pizza was. We don't live that far. Employee Dionte says their phone is not working. He also said the driver got stopped by a train. Well, first of all no train is on the path from the restaurant to our house. Seco dly, Why aren't their phones working? My son made it back home in about 8-10 minutes Employee Dionte said our driver was 5 minutes away from our house. I am still standing at the door and no one never came. It is now going on 11:00pm and still no driver and no pizza. My son just went back up there because of course they have no working phones. 🙄 And we can't call them. What kind of delivery business is this!!!! Now he goes in and the same guy is asking how can I help you? My son says we still don't have our Pizza. I guess the employee was going to make us a pizza. But my son told him no Thank you!! Just give us a refund. He then headed for Papa John's which is my favorite. We really chose Domino's because we were supporting an organization we bought some tickets from. Buy one get one FREE!! But that's cool it was a donation for a good cause...
