  I was really disappointed with my visit because the service was incredibly slow and the food didn't live up to the usual standards. I waited at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and when my order finally came out, the fries were cold and the burger looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. Even the ice cream was served partially melted, which was frustrating since that is usually the best part of the experience. The dining area was also quite messy, with sticky tables and overflowing trash cans that made it unappealing to sit down and eat. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed and not paying attention to the quality of the food or the cleanliness of the store.

  Not a good experience a man took my order couldn't really understand him and also had to repeat my order three times and still got my order wrong the girl that took the money was very polite and said sorry but then he came out to the window and said that's not what you ordered and seem a bit confrontational very bad customer service they need to work on the man that works there the girl was very polite and super customer service ..This was around 8 pm

  This experience was great. The food was delicious and the service was superb. I really wish I would have gotten the young man's name who helped me and my niece, because he definitely deserves to be recognized for his customer service. We were pleased at how he made us feel and he was so helpful and kind. And the food being absolutely delicious was a bonus. Will be returning. Definitely!
