We called early to report the issue with our order; they told me I had to bring the food back, so I did—and now they’ve kept me waiting for 50 minutes (and counting) just to remake the order, even though the manager has come over to speak with me three times already. I really don't understand it, especially since I brought the food back completely intact—we didn't even open it once we spotted the error on the receipt.

Order placed at 9:46. Pickup time 10:40. Wasn't actually given my order until after 11pm. Restaurant wasn't very busy either. 90 minutes for 40 wings is pretty bad 👎
