  Waited forever for them to take my order. They asked what stall I was in and I said I didn't know because the screen wasn't working. They laughed and told me to read the screen. After waiting another 20 minutes for the food that was wrong and cold we just gave up and went home. I didnt ask for a refund because I didnt want to wait forever for it so we will call it the cost of the lesson. Won't be back.

  LOVE this restaurant, just wonder why they would put a guy with a heavy speech impediment on the drive thru to take people's orders. Very hard to understand him.

  This location been having problems for few years now every time I put in mobile order and pick up always take 30 minutes plus took that long to get 2 drinks and then the bot will probably reply to this comment apologizing and saying speed is very important but nothing will change so I am just done with this location.

  Took over 30 minutes to get my meal. We pressed the button to talk to a worker after 20 minutes of waiting and she told us to give her a minute and we start there another 3 minutes waiting for her to actually answer. We were rudely told it was taking time to cook the food. All I got was a coney dog and fries. The screen that shows the process showed our food got delivered after 15 minutes so I was very upset that I was kept waiting so long for basic items.

  I lived in 6 states have eaten sonics plenty of times and this is worst sonic experience I ever had! It Took 20 mins to bring a order of mozzarella sticks and a drink. I'm normally a patient man but yesterday was bad even gave me cold food and the drink was definitely watered down. Retrain that whole crew or just don't put them on the night shift. Its like they had no guidance or clue of what was going on.
