  I ordered 2 pizzas and A create your own bowl. 9/1/26 The tracker said that my items were ready at 7:17p - and showed a Door dasher assigned. The time was given (of course delivery expected time). We waited until around 8:10!!! I called Papa John’s to see where our food was at—At the time I was saying it had not arrived…NO knock, NO ringing of the doorbell . YET I saw that the house emoji was there like it had been delivered. Wouldn’t you know that poor excuse of a driver placed OUR FOOD—not on a lawn chair but on the cement porch in front of our door-//it literally had to of been sitting there at least a 1/2 hr if not more. The manager did not even come to the phone—she just passed word to the rep😡 At first it was all- we will refund your $ or credit your account UNTIL I said it was on the porch in 95 degree heat! and no communication from driver!!! It was -“ Well we report the driver‼️‼️ REALLY?!?! Is this how we do business now Papa John’s?! When I was expected to be okay with it —And I said that I was just going to contact the corporate-the rep rudely said —That's FINE?! That rep and the manager —POOR excuse of customer service! And almost 48 hrs later and still no contact?!?! Not a good way to do business‼️

  I've been waiting for more than an hour for my pizza and I understand that I had ordered late but the lady on the phone said 45 to an hour wait for delivery. I'm still waiting after an hour and I'm hungry. This is ridiculous. I'm not doing delivery from here again. What a joke... And not to mention the lady on the phone was snappy with me when I was asking questions. Why be snappy when you work in customer service?

  Whoever owns this business probably wouldn't like to hear that you lost a customer due to not having change for a $50 bill on a $20 order. Also the register person was very rude and insisted on telling me that they are not a bank. Pretty silly way to lose a customer. Enzos across the street now has my business!!
