    To be honest…. This place would be better if they had good customer service. The employees are rude. They complain if they make a sandwhich wrong and want it fixed. Actually, my sandwhich was tore apart in front of me just for them to “prove” a point. Turns out they were wrong.

    If I could give this Jimmy John’s location 10 stars, I absolutely would! Seriously, this is hands-down one of the best Jimmy John’s locations I’ve ever been to. The food is always fresh, the sandwiches are made perfectly, and somehow they manage to be ridiculously fast without sacrificing quality. But what really makes this location stand out is the people. The staff here are consistently friendly, helpful, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about making sure customers have a great experience. You know how sometimes you walk into a restaurant and can immediately tell whether the employees actually want to be there? This is one of those places where the good energy is obvious. Every interaction I’ve had has been pleasant, and the service is seriously above and beyond. The sandwiches are always loaded, everything tastes fresh, orders are accurate, and the whole experience is exactly what you hope for when you stop somewhere to grab a quick meal. And honestly, in a world where customer service can sometimes feel like an afterthought, this location deserves a HUGE shout-out. Whoever is running this store deserves major credit for putting together such a great team. Greenwood Jimmy John’s, you guys are killing it! 👏👏👏 If you’re in Greenwood and looking for a quick, delicious sandwich with genuinely awesome service, this is the place. I’ll happily keep coming back! 10/10. 5 stars. Would give more if Google would let me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I ordered online at 6 pm at 6:07 I get notification that it's ready. I get there at 624 and they haven't even started it. There were 2 guys working and they were the slowest moving people I've ever seen. My 1 sandwich wasn't complete until 645. Not freaky fast at all.
