  It was a classic Fazoli’s experience, they came every few minutes with fresh bread and smiles on their faces. The pasta was perfectly cooked and it was steaming when it was carried out to us. When we finished, they took our plates from us unlike other experiences I have had. Clean atmosphere, no spills and clean floors and tables. Bathroom is clean and organized, honestly the best Fazoli’s I have visited over the years and they actually care about their customers. Highly Recommended spot for pasta!

  The food was great the sauce was nice thick and flavorful the service was great always making sure we are satisfied and making sure we were good on bread sticks and the atmosphere is great nice clean and and tidy great place.

  Lilliana M. Was such a great cashier! She made sure to offer all of the specials and extras (which we def took advantage of) !! The young lady that delivered our food was also exceptionally great!!!! The food was all hot and priced great! We got the $4.99 spaghetti special w unlimited breadsticks and added meatballs and Alfredo for only $14.64 and the portions were huge!!!! Def returning.

  The original worker that took the order and greeted us was not friendly and not great at all, we paid for the sampler and then he told us the didn’t have one of the pastas, asked for a refund made a big deal, the woman manager was very nice and displayed excellent service, going above and beyond, saying they would make the pasta just for us if we wanted to wait, still said no and she gave us a refund and still gave us what we originally ordered and more. Feels great to know this service can still exist somewhere !

  Marissa was the only person working the front counter and not only was she pleasant, but I saw her work her little tail off cleaning, taking orders out to patrons tables and making sure everyone had everything they needed. Great job Marissa! Food was great and I hope you all appreciate Marissa because you don’t see most youngsters work that hard these days!
