Donatos is a family-owned pizza company famous for Edge to Edge® toppings on a crispy golden thin crust. Founded in Columbus, Ohio in 1963, we take pride in giving back in every community we serve.
Second time in a row I've ordered something and didn't receive it. You call them about it they tell you "they'll put a credit on your account." There's no credit. This location flat out steals from its customers. They've taken at least $20 from me.

I went inside (5/02/2026) to order for my family. The deal was 1 free medium single-topping with a purchase of 1. We enjoy Donatos since I’ve not had a reaction (Celiac Disease) to their pizza at another location (East Washington St.). I’m already getting up-charged for needing to order GF, that’s whatever. The deal didn’t technically notate that GF was excluded so when we ordered the team member (very rude and childish) told us we HAD to order 1 Large to get the 1 medium gf pizza. Ok, but the GF crust is ONLY in Medium size. Reluctantly bought 2 Large single topping pizzas (for those who can have gluten in my family) for the 2 medium GF. I should note, they were told a numerous amounts of time it was for an allergy. She made me pay full price for the order with no discount. However, the worst part was that even knowing that we needed the GF for an allergy… I watched her look me in the eyes and cut our GF pizza with the same pizza cutter. Therefore, making it NOT GLUTEN FREE and UNSAFE for us to eat. I asked if she cuts the pizzas with a separate knife or the same, she said “I cut it with the same one and just wiped it off” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That can literally kill someone. When trying to explain to her that she just made the pizzas unsafe by contaminating them with gluten when it’s a GLUTEN FREE pizza and her response was “I was told that I could do this.” I asked them if they could remake the pizza and make it safe for my family to eat by using a clean utensil, she refused and then wouldn’t give a refund. So after driving for 10-hrs, I wasted money on pizza we couldn’t eat.
This is a joke right? Take Gluten Free off your menu if you cannot take an allergy seriously then don’t offer it. GF needs a separate knife, always. “Wiping” the utensil doesn’t remove the gluten. If I had eaten that had I not seen her use the same knife, I would’ve been in the hospital.

Came in today at 12 to pick up a small catering order and let me tell you the lady arguing with the DoorDash guy is just the most unprofessional lady I have ever seen in my life . She was so kind to us and the basically demeans the DoorDash driving and belittling them .
Tourture to watch and I regret ever coming. I feel terrible for that delivery guy and completely ashamed .

Went in for two large pizzas. After waiting for 30 minutes and watching several families receive their pizzas even though they ordered after us, I went to inquire about ours. I was told "ten more minutes". This repeated every ten minutes. An employee came to our table after an hour and offered a free large one topping pizza even though we still hadn't received anything yet. We were told another 10 minutes. After waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes I requested a refund and left with nothing. I was told they had an issue with the hand tossed crusts and were very busy. While I want to be understanding, a little honesty would go a long way. If the crust was the problem, offer me a faster option. My other pizza was the regular thin crust and I still never got that pizza either. It seems there were several options to rectify the issue and nothing was offered but another pizza that I wouldn't receive. The staff was very young and I'll extend grace hoping they receive some training for situations like this. After reading more of this locations reviews, I would suggest looking at the management and getting some training as this reflects on all Donato's locations. I can't give any stars for the food as I never got a single bite. While the staff was apologetic, that didn't resolve the lack of product. I will say the dining room was clean and the other patrons were friendly and apologetic for eating in front us.

We decided to dine in today for lunch. The food was good, but it was hard to actually enjoy it. There was a toddler (maybe 4?) running around barefoot in his pajamas yelling the whole time. It wasn’t a customer’s child though. This child was, from what I understood, a grandchild of either the manager or a worker in general. This child (barefoot, mind you) was running in and out of the kitchen/back of house, going back and forth to the community room where the child’s mother was. He was hitting the glass door and yelling, as well as yelling pretty much the entire time we were there. He asked multiple times if he could play a game with our 2 year old. After saying no about 4 times, he finally quit asking. It’s just hard to enjoy a meal while a yelling kid is running around, and no one responsible for him did anything about it. I understand a toddler can be hard to keep entertained sometimes, but since the workers didn’t even seem to bat an eye, I assume this is a normal occurrence. Also, it definitely has to be against health code to have a child running around the kitchen barefoot. I believe that will be the last time we eat in store.
