Very nice staff and fast service. I love all their food, and the chicken is always the best chicken. Biscuits are fresh and done right . The food is as good or better than most high end restaurants but lower menu prices and faster service is amazing.

I had a fantastic experience visiting this location and was once again impressed by the high standard of service and quality. The chicken was perfectly cooked—tender on the inside with a light, flavorful breading—and the waffle fries were hot and well-seasoned. What really stands out here is the hospitality; the staff are exceptionally polite and attentive, making sure every guest feels welcome and taken care of. The dining area was spotless, and despite the large volume of customers, the line moved with incredible efficiency. It is a consistently excellent choice for a fresh, delicious meal paired with some of the best service in the industry.

I’ll go ahead and say it: I’m basically a Chick-fil-A connoisseur at this point. Not by choice, but by circumstance, specifically having school-aged kids who are completely obsessed, along with recovering from my own former level of enthusiasm. When one of your kids is on the spectrum and rotates through the same five safe foods, you get to know drive-thrus across this great nation on a very personal level. And listen, no matter where we’ve gone, Chick-fil-A has always been the gold standard: fast, friendly, and so consistent you could set your watch by it. Which is why this particular location feels less like a restaurant and more like a case study for what happens when the simulation glitches. This place is, without exaggeration, the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever encountered. I know that sounds dramatic, but I’ve done the research. Field work. Peer review. Road trips. Last night, we hit the drive-thru and ordered three nugget meals. Nothing wild. We get home, and immediately it is clear something has gone terribly wrong. The fries were half full and somehow also half cooked. I did not even know that was possible. The drinks were flat and weirdly warm, like they had been emotionally exhausted. The nuggets were fine. Not great, not terrible. The Switzerland of fast food items. After dropping nearly $40, I called. Not to demand a refund, not to start a crusade, just to ask if we could swing back through for fresh food. You know, the bare minimum expectation when your dinner shows up in a “before” state. At first, it was a firm no. Then another no. Eventually, after speaking to someone else, I got a reluctant yes, with the condition that I come back to pick it up. Which meant loading my kids back into the car, in the rain, while my husband was out of town, all for the privilege of receiving the meal we should have gotten the first time. Look, I do not expect perfection. But I do expect fries to be fully committed to being fries. This location does not just miss the mark, it seems confused about where the mark even is.
