  I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and had a fairly mixed experience overall. The restaurant itself has a good atmosphere, and the environment was energetic and enjoyable. The food and overall setup were decent, and I can definitely see why many people enjoy coming here to relax, watch games, and hang out with friends. However, the biggest issue during my visit was the service at the bar area. One of the bartenders seemed extremely focused on interacting and flirting with a specific customer for a large portion of the time. While there is nothing wrong with being friendly or social, it unfortunately became distracting because it started taking attention away from other customers and responsibilities. The interaction became awkward for those around the area, especially since service and attentiveness to the rest of the guests noticeably declined during that time. As a customer, you want to feel acknowledged and taken care of, and it felt like the focus shifted too heavily onto personal conversation instead of maintaining professionalism and balance with the rest of the bar. I believe the situation could have been handled more appropriately without making the environment uncomfortable for other guests. That being said, the restaurant itself still has a solid atmosphere, and the overall experience was not terrible. I simply believe that customer service and attentiveness should remain the priority, especially during busy hours. With a little more professionalism and focus from the staff, this location could provide a much stronger overall experience.

  I am a BWW customer from back to the originals in Ohio then in Michigan. This one is so inconsistent. You can get seated quick, but it takes forever for food and when it shows up the wings are dry and barely sauced! You would figure if the wings are going to be small and overcooked to go even smaller, you would add sauce to cover it up! Anyway, I think the bartenders are the better “waiters/waitresses” as they at least try to keep up with customers in their area. We’ll be back, as their appetiser’s are some of the best around. I have accepted the fact the bone in wings are hit or miss.

  Rating it 4, because the restaurant always has its moments. Today it just seemed empty, yet somehow understaffed. I went with my family for unlimited appetizers, and the best things had to be the melty mozzarella sticks and the soft, yet crispy onion rings. The onion melted in your mouth while the batter delivered the most satisfying crunch.

  Truthfully I wanted to give this place another chance from a few months ago when we had a bad experience but again our experience was just not great. They are short staffed so I understand things taking a little longer, perfectly fine. My issue is when the waiter is absolutely rude and doesn't do waiter things. Both of our drinks went empty for 10 mins while the waiter passed our tables multiple times. Neither of our wings were sauced good, we both had to get extra sauce on the side. Check on your customers and be kind. If you’re overwhelmed then maybe take a breath
