  Me and my son went there after his drum lessons. So, we were hungry. Nobody talked to us. As soon as my son finished coloring the coloring page, I decided to leave. I feel not welcomed. We are now here at Applebees at the mall. Less than 5 minutes a server talked to us.

  We came for our anniversary and had such a delicious meal. Jalynne, served us and she was just fabulous. We started out with the bang bang shrimp of course, it’s always great. I had the Fontina pork chop and my wife had the Pan-Asian butter fish for our meals. I chose the crispy cauliflower as my side and i will definitely be ordering it again!! I highly recommend this location and the manager Brian Newlin is a class act as well.

  The food was reasonably priced for the experience. Atmosphere great for cute dates/anniversaries! Fried calamari appetizer was a good choice with a great tasting dipping sauce. Our server was JALYNNE, and she did an amazing job!! She gave great recommendations and knew when to come to the table - the drinks at our table never went empty! She had a great attitude throughout. My girlfriend got a free dessert for her birthday:)

  I am writing to share our highly disappointing first experience at your Greenwood location. We visited specifically to try the $5 martini special and sample the menu. While the martinis and Bang Bang Shrimp were delicious, the rest of the meal was completely unacceptable.Our server was inattentive and seemingly disengaged, forcing us to flag down other staff members for assistance. Worse, the food quality was poor. The shrimp in my Creamy Tomato pasta was so overcooked it was loud to chew, and the noodles were mushy. To top it off, my husband found a long, dark hair in the last bite of his Mahi Mahi.First impressions are critical, and this was a terrible one. Despite the poor food and service, we paid our bill and left a $20 cash tip. However, we will not be returning to Bonefish Grill. I hope management addresses these severe gaps in food safety and service standards so other guests do not have this experience.

  My husbands stepmother wanted to take her husband, myself and my husband of course out for Father’s Day. They had a special menu, printed on a piece of paper on the table for Father’s Day. The beginning of the meal was great. Then the food orders were taken, and we ask if the specials on the Father’s Day menu were for Saturday evening as well since they were on the table. I should’ve know then it was taking a turn…it took our server plus her trainee 25 minutes to come back and tell us that we could indeed order from that menu and finish taking our orders. My husband and myself both order from the special menu. When my ribeye was brought out with everyone else’s food the steak was well done, and it was ordered medium. We sent it back and 10 minutes after sending it back I was told that they could prepare another ribeye but that was going to take another 17-19 minutes to prepare or I could order the filet. Since everyone else was eating I said I’ll take the filet. My husband had ordered a filet with scallop “special” and the 2 scallops on his plate were with size of a dime at best, I was beside myself to see them as small as they were for that price! 20 more minutes of waiting and everyone is done eating and the “manager” finally delivers my food and informs us that it’s been removed from the bill and her deepest apologies and have a free dessert on the house. Perfect: but we get the check and while they did remove the ribeye meal, they still charged for the filet meal that I wasn’t even able to eat at the restaurant with my family!!! But hey, I had 4 glasses of Diet Pepsi to drink with no food! It was one of the worst experiences we’ve had out in a long time.
