  I go here twice a week for my dog, cause I personally wouldn’t eat here, but he loves roast beef every time. I say no red sauce they put it on there every time. I’ve tried to call a few times to make a complaint and no one has answered the phone. I finally got a hold of someone today and she personally didn’t even care act like she cared. These kids know how to read their phone, but they don’t know how to read a screen above their head. I personally don’t understand that especially when they’re not even busy it wouldn’t be a big deal if it didn’t happen all the time, but it happens every single time. I just feel like this needs to be addressed because the girl that I talk to today she act like she wasn’t gonna say anything to her employees.

  Overral the quality of my families dining experience was sullied by the young lady touching her hair constantly while bagging food. Not to mention the rude comments made about my wife body shaming and other hostilities from aaron working the front counter after speaking amicably with him he was disproportionately the worst person for the task no smile no joy and no care. Besides the blatant passive aggresivness I was handed my order while I watched the young woman hand my children's meal to another customer.

  Don't bother after 8pm. Late night is awful. Placed an order at 9:35pm and it wasn't ready until 10:15pm. They were short staffed apparently.. so maybe that needs to be fixed. After all that the kid at the window didn't bother to tell me they were out of the sauce until I parked up, walked back (not waiting in the drive through line again), tapped on the window and asked him. "oh yeah.. we're out of that" .. At least I didn't waste even more time on it 🤦‍♂️ Felt like a real fail

  Out of beef? Crazy…they said they were getting heavy heavy traffic from Southport 20mins away. That’s like Chick fil a out of chicken 🤣☠️
