  ARBYS HAS A NEW FRENCH DIP SANDWICH!!! Arby's roast beef with swiss cheese, a French bread bun and dip that's to die for!!!!

  Men's bathroom was not in great shape. Food was decent. Overall vibe was lacking.

  30 minutes from order to receiving food. They weren't even busy. This is ridiculous, especially with a hungry toddler in tow. When trying to upgrade to a beef-n-cheddar, the person at the counter basically told me they couldn't do that. Eventually I got them to add cheese sauce, but they didn't do the other modifications to actually make it the correct sandwich (Onion bun, red ranch). Most times I went up to the counter, there wasn't anyone there and the other staff didn't acknowledge that a customer was standing there. The only person who did anything helpful was the guy working the drive thru. He got me condiments and swapped out the curly fries for crinkle fries for the aforementioned toddler's kids meal (which we told the cashier when we ordered) but wasn't put in correctly. The 2 other groups ahead of me for dine in also had similar issues with long waits and incorrect orders.
