  I don’t know what has been going on at this location lately but the last 3 times I’ve been here I have had to wait 20-30 minutes. I’ve never had this issue before at this location and no other 7brew locations. It was 32 minutes today…. I heard the lady in front of my complaining as well.

  This location has really gone down hill. First it’s like 50/50 if you get your drink correct and then when you bring it back they are SO RUDE like it’s 14 dollars every day at least get it correct. And lately they are soooo slow and rude! Excited for the new location to open to try them 🙏

  It used to be one of my favorite places but anyone the service is super slow. They seem to cater to one specific line and ignore the rest. I had 3 cars in front of me when I pulled in, I sat in line for 25 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. And the other lane got 9 cars through before even helping me. Very sad.

  We love 7 Brew but this location is probably the worst in the south side, the staff treats the outside lane like it doesn’t exist, literally sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes today while the inside line just cruised on through. So frustrating.

  I visit this establishment a couple of times a week. The brew crew are usually very polite. Some spark small talk. Some don’t. I don’t mind either way. Now that 7 brew has finally released an app it’s even easier to get my order submitted and takes even less time to run through drive through. There are times when this location is packed and there’s times when it isn’t. I’ve only had a couple issues with my drinks here and the crew quickly remedied them.
