  I was in McDonald’s this morning I understand they are always short staffed, but that is no reason to be hateful to the staff and the customers. I watched a staff member yelling at staff they yelled at a customer. I waited 20 minutes for 2 classes of iced tea, had my food then waited on drinks, I ask for a refund on the drinks and the answer was I have 3 specialty drinks to make first. We travel and we have never seen staff act like this.

  Hello! I was traveling with my sweet family. All we wanted was to use the bathroom and get some food. The door said they were open inside at 5am and it was 6:07am. The employees just stared at us trying to get in. They just started laughing to their coworkers! We even tried to knock on the door. NEVER COME TO THIS MCDONALDS. THEY WONT LET YOU PEE.

  Well, McDonalds shot itself in the foot with prices, foid quality, and service. I can now go to Chili's for a QP burger or Crispy chicken sandwich, fries, drink, and an appetizer for the almost the same price as McDonalds combo meals. Beside the price, you don't get stuck in drive-thru waiting for up to 15 minutes and whebn you do finally place your order, find out they don't have what you want. And it doesn't matter if you go in McDonalds to order; it still takes as long to fet your order. McDonalds lost sight of quality, value, and service.

  This place is absolute garbage. God forbid you ever go there during night shift, you'll spent 40 minutes waiting in line for no reason. They always claim they don't have quarter pounders, chicken sandwiches, fillet o fishes ect. Food is always terrible and cold. And if you pay for any sauces, congratulations, you've just given away your money because you won't be seeing any of those in your bag! Seriously this place is one of the worst McDonald's in the state, they're always slow, food is always terrible, and you can expect to hear God awful death metal music blaring from the drive thru workers Bluetooth speaker. Management needs to get their act together because this place is a sham.

  Almost 10 minute wait in drive thru to pay nearly $9.00 for one sandwich...big arch. They KNOW this is a very messy sandwich but did they even put one napkin in the bag??? No, they did not. This was after stopping yesterday morning on my way to work for biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were so hard and tough we couldn't even cut them with a knife much less eat them. Had to throw it away! Money wasted and I will NEVER go there again! Rude employees and management evidently doesn't care about their customers or things like this wouldn't happen!
