  Order wrong....missing garlic parmesan sauce....over cooked and dry. Probably first and last time we order from this Wing Stop

  I had a great experience at Wingstop recently and wanted to share how impressed I was. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—exactly what you expect, but they really got it right this time. The wings were perfectly cooked and the service was quick and friendly. What stood out the most, though, was the leadership. District Manager Jimmy Lopez clearly takes pride in maintaining high standards. You can tell there’s strong management behind the scenes because everything—from cleanliness to customer service—was on point. It’s not easy to keep consistency in fast-paced environments, but this location is doing a fantastic job. Definitely one of the better Wingstop experiences I’ve had. I’ll be coming back for sure!

  If I could do a zero star I would…. This is absolutely insane I called because the wings were soggy, extremely salty, and COLD. With that being said the manager said best he could do would be remake them on the next visit… then STATED WORD FOR WORD. “IM TRYING MY BEST TO TRAIN EVERYONE, I CANT PROMISE THEY DIDNT HAND OUT EXPIRED WINGS.” WHAT?!?!?

  Love the fast casual style! Even though they were busy, we were able to order quickly and get our food in a reasonable amount of time. The screen up front with your order status is super helpful! Also, the fries were absolutely the best I've had from anywhere in a long time and my kid really enjoyed the dry rub wings.. they were hot and fresh. Now for some constructive feedback: There's a single roll of paper towels for the entire restaurant in place of a roll for each table or napkins for each order. There's not a trash can to be found anywhere. Just one would be cool. There wasn't any ice when we got our drinks, but they did fill it shortly before we left. Although one order of wings was hot and fresh, the Cajun wings we ordered were not. The sauce was dried on the wings and they were lukewarm.. indicating that they were prepared before we ordered and were just hanging out. With all of this having been said, I'm going to say this place stands a good chance of being the best wing place in town!
