I love their food, but unless I eat in my fries are always cold. And I don't mean when I get home, but I check them in the store and they are always cold. Like Every single time. I asked them to remake them when I was going into work and they acted like it was a big deal. And its not like it takes me a long time to get there after ordering, because most of the time I have to wait for my food to finish. **Edit** Ok I left ☝️that part while I put my fries in my air fryer to heat them up. Then I opened my chicken. What is this? I have ordered from this restaurant probably 10 times in the past 3 months. That's a lot! My chicken has always been tossed. I am so disappointed!

Absolutely ridiculous, I placed a carry out order using the mobile app, got to the location and they are closed? Why am I able to place an order if you guys are closed? And there isn’t an actual good way it seems to get a refund, I contacted support and am very doubtful they are going to get back to me ever. It sucks the food is really good it just this place has such god awful service it’s insane. Miss atomic wings.

Why does it show you open online and the store is completely closed?? I was trying to give you all another chance after the last time I was in. I wish Atomic wings was still open!!

Our family dined in for our son’s birthday, as it was his request. We had to ask them to wipe 3 tables down just to be able to sit somewhere clean. There was no one else there eating in store. The floors were so filthy that my shoes stuck to them and there was trash on the floor. There was zero trash can in the lobby for us to throw away our trash. We ordered “dine in” and they still packed it all in bags to go. The classic chicken wings were so over cooked. The boneless wings weren’t covered in bbq sauce. For ordering 80 wings and spending quite a bit, I was disappointed for sure. The fries were delicious though and seasoned. The homemade ranch was by far the best part! Also, know that the garlic parmesan and hot honey are not “sauces”, but are actually more like oil with some seasoning. They were not good. I was so excited for another wings place after Atomic shut down, and I was far from impressed.

Came here for lunch, one hour after open. ONE person is working!! This is after we tried to call in our order and waited 10+ minutes on the phone. Should not take 1 hour for a simple order. Absolutely just terrible, felt bad for the guy in there. But we won’t be back, neither will the other surrounding businesses trying to give this place a chance. No wonder wing places don’t last here in Greenfield
