  3 shift cashier had amazing energy. Taco bell is not my restaurant of choice, but with limited options at 2am. The food was low mids. Chicken nuggets especially. So hard could a broke a tooth! But because of the interaction, I will most likely return someday in the future.

  I have yet to receive all of my order from this place. Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I order here, they forget something. At some point the "big guys" up top need to come down here and either fix the carelessness or close the doors. The incompetence is out of hand.

  I am writing this review specifically to recognize the outstanding customer service at this location. While I have had consistent technical issues with the mobile app at this store, the manager, Jennifer, has been an absolute lifesaver. I first met Jennifer when I had an order issue a while back, and she was incredibly helpful then. Today, the app unfortunately glitched again, charging me without sending the order through to the kitchen. Jennifer actually remembered me from my previous visit and immediately stepped in to help. She took care of everything and ensured I left with my meal and a positive experience. It is rare to find someone who provides such personalized and attentive service. Jennifer is a huge asset to this team and made a frustrating situation much better. I truly appreciate her help!
