  Usually I stop by this Taco Bell late in the evening after work and it’s typically a decent experience with the drive thru. About what I would expect from a 1am Taco Bell visit. But whoever was working tonight was absolutely awful. It took him almost a minute to come over the mic, then as I was trying to order he kept interrupting as if trying to hurry me along. Cut me off when I ordered my drink. Then at the window he practically shoved the food into my hands and quickly closed the window only to walk back over to the lobby and sit down on his phone. I didn’t have a complicated order and I thanked him multiple times throughout the experience but he couldn’t be bothered either way.

  The food was good, but the drive thru lady was a little rude for my liking. We should of gotten free food for the way she treated us. You can do better taco bell

  This Taco Bell is open 24 hours and the lobby closes at midnight. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the lobby has been closed before hours. I don’t like dealing with people witch is why I prefer to use the kiosk. But it makes it hard to do so when I can’t get in to use it. During operational business hours. I called and asked why the lobby was closed early and Jeremy. The manager stated that the employee has said the ceiling was leaking so they went ahead and closed it early upon looking through the windows. All ceiling tiles are intact and there is no drip edge, all chairs are on the tables, indicating that the lobby is closed before hours, which is turning guests away, the manager I spoke with on the phone stated that they were busy. I low-key think they just wanna close early and not do their job. I will be calling and speaking with the general manager tomorrow morning and asking for their district manager or franchisees owner number because this is absolutely ridiculous if they in fact, want business in order to make money, this location is a joke, and I would highly suggest driving to any other Taco Bell to get your order fulfilled .
