  Food was good tonight, June 30, 2026 12:30 AM, but these kids I know that’s all who will work in fast food but they have bad attitudes and they don’t think no napkins no silverware. The only thing in the bag is a cantina chicken bowl. I would understand if it’s a lot of stuff and you forget, napkins or silverware but it’s literally just a single bowl in a bag. Does the bag not look empty or am I hallucinating? And it’s disappointing. I’ve had great customer service from here before especially dayshift.

  I stopped by this Taco Bell around midnight on June 6 after a long day. I eat Taco Bell regularly, probably more than I should, and I know exactly how I like my food. I spent about $35 on my order and took extra time to make sure everything was entered correctly. In fact, I had to correct the employee multiple times before the order on the screen was finally right. Once it was corrected, the order was read back to me exactly as requested. I understand I share some responsibility because I didn’t check every item before leaving, but after spending several minutes making sure the order was accurate and hearing it repeated back correctly, I felt it was reasonable to trust that it would be made properly. Unfortunately, every single one of the six items I ordered was wrong. Not one. Every item. One of them was even missing the steak entirely. What’s especially frustrating is that my order wasn’t complicated, it was actually simpler than the standard menu items. Basic meat, bean, and cheese modifications. Nothing difficult. By the time I got home and realized how bad it was, I wasn’t willing to spend another 30 minutes driving back to have the order corrected. The food was so far from what I ordered that we ended up throwing it away. Mistakes happen. Everyone gets orders wrong occasionally. But when an order is reviewed multiple times, confirmed back to the customer, and then every item is still incorrect, that’s not a simple mistake. it’s a complete lack of attention to detail and quality control. I would even go as far as saying it was intentional based on how bad it was. If you are anywhere near here, please choose any other restaurant. If you do choose to eat there, check every single item before you leave. Don’t assume that because the order on the screen is correct, the food in the bag will be. Based on my experience, accuracy is clearly not a priority here and they don’t care about your time or money, just getting it. Respectfully, A very disappointed taco guy.

  I ordered the cantina chicken mex pizza and a spicy potato taco. I ask for no tomatoe on the cantina pizza because I'm allergic and was told they don't come on that item. They infact do I don't have time to go back and I didn't get a receipt. So I'm SOL. Also what is it with not wrapping tacos up in their packing. This the 3rd time getting tacos that were lose in the bag.
