  You lost a long time customer, we orderd a supreme pizza and cookie last night. It took over an hour and half for it to arrive. When it did we received the wrong size and type of pizza. And no cookie but had knots we did not want. We noticed the address on the box was wrong, so my wife called to talk to the manager he hung up on her when she complained .So I called back spoke with the so called manager, I was told they were busy and did not have time for me, he then set the phone done where I could still hear everything going on in the store, I waited 15 minutes for him come back when he was less busy , But atfer waiting I was hung up on as well. Never did offer away to fix the problem . We will now be using Dominos.

  This place is absolutely disgusting in every way. Flies everywhere. People who say they feel sick right in front of customers continuing to handle food. The lady that was manager tonight was so racist and was talking so degradingly to a young DoorDash guy who was having a hard time. Food is trash too

  The service at this Papa John's is never particularly great but it was especially bad today. Put my order in for a single pizza about 40 minutes before I got there. Get there, there's no parking cuz there's so many people waiting on their orders. I go inside to see how long it is and more than likely cancel the order, and the short cashier with the afro really doesn't want to talk to me for whatever reason. The manager working behind him finally tells him to talk to me, and asks probably five times who the order is for. At this point he's already beginning to get an attitude and I'm just like whatever I just want to get out of here man. He says they're in the process of making it, I said okay cool, how much longer will it be? He looks around, turns to the people working on the line next to him and asks them but nobody responds. He proceeds to go back to whatever he was doing before talking to me. I continue to wait cuz I'm still trying to figure out how much longer I should wait or if I should cancel, finally the manager asks me directly honey, what's the name on your order? I go ahead and tell her and she tells him to look it up and tell me exactly how much longer there is to wait. He starts to get an attitude with the people working on the line and says will you guys just tell me where his order is so he will quit asking me, quite loudly. At this point I was totally over it. I said it's fine, as long as you found it in the system can you just go ahead and cancel it? I don't want to be a bother. He said thank God, again quite loudly. He somehow managed to get it canceled, and I turned around and left. Like I said, the service is never especially great here but it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, and this was definitely one of those times. Don't think I'm going to be back again anytime soon. If ever.

  We just had the worst experience. Not only was our order late because they kept doing newer orders before ours, they also gave us an undercooked and “soupy” pizza. We asked them to remake it and they didn’t. An hour for trash. And there was a live fly in our box.

  Ordered pizza off the app, Papa tracker said it was "Ready". First off, parking is insufficient at best, took a chance, and parked at a salon next door that is posted for the salon only. Nobody is really working the front counter, when someone finally decided to help, we gave them our last name and they did not see an order me! They did not ask for our phone number or an on-line receipt, They just said sorry, there is no order here for you..So we asked to get a manager, 10 minutes later a manager shows up and we had to suggest to look up our order by receipt #...and the found it.. 3 of the 4 pizza were over done..and with the delays..luke warm at best..Disappointed!
