  Ordered a catering bundle for our employees on Christmas Eve from Jimmy Johns. Our food was ready on time and everything was correct and packaged. The employees were very friendly and helpful. One of the only places we could order catering on Christmas Eve in Greencastle, thank you!

  Food is good but they refuse to listen to their customer's orders. Every time I have gone there they get it wrong and I have to yell just to be heard. Turn your music down and pay attention to your job

  Normally, I love this place. I’m always open to trying something new, so I can usually find a sandwich that I enjoy. Til tonight, and I actually chose a safe option, or so I thought, and ordered tuna, with all goodies. What I got was this…and I am sooo disappointed. My sandwich had barely sprinkling of lettuce and one tomato slice, I never did find my peppers or pickles or oregano or o&v.. and worst of all -the tuna was really really old or something like that. It was hard on the surface and discolored somewhat and the smell and flavor were just plain yuck. Every other time I’ve eaten here I’ve been very satisfied. But tonight I skipped dinner for fear of the repercussions! Live and learn I guess!
