  I usually get the same thing, Pina Colada drink and a glaze donut. I have had a great experience every time. Tucker makes it perfectly every time! All the young people are polite and patient.

  If you want to wait over 45 minutes for a grilled cheese and then get a nasty attitude from a worker when they give you the wrong sandwich TWICE, this is the place for you! All the workers are too busy flirting with each other and messing around that you can get actively ignored at the front counter for a solid 10 minutes as 4 different workers pass you multiple times.

  I have ordered a large number of donuts (8 dozen) once a month for the past 2 months. We ordered for the first time a week or so after they opened. We arranged days in advance for both times and the workers have not known about our order. The manager is never here when they open, and they do not open until after 5a- with the store not being set up for business. Not a good way to start out a new business in town…

  My family has tried to go several times and every single time they’re too busy with drive-through or just don’t care and there’s a giant line of people waiting to even get their orders taken.

  This location leaves a lot to be desired. What has to think that they've been open for 20 years with the attitudes that they all have and the poor customer service but even from the jump these people are far from friendly. No one has been trained how to greet a customer especially when that customer isn't being attended to for stretches of time. You all see us standing there. Do you realize how far a comment of "be right with you" would go? Even the other day the floor was filthy and the tables weren't wiped down. You know you all serve ice cream right? And the ice cream gets sticky when it melts and dries on the table? Two cars ahead of us left the drive-thru without ordering. We went inside only to be ignored for a good 5 minutes before we left and went to sippindipity which is my recommendation to everyone. Maybe management needs replaced.. already.
