  My wife and I went through the drive-through last night for dinner. Our order was taken very quickly. We drove up to the window and we were greeted by the most friendly worker. She was so courteous and helpful. Our order was given to us in about a minute... no exaggeration! Got home with the food and it was great! We eat at this Arby's about once or twice a month and have been for 20 plus years. This type of great service is pretty much always the case here. As a matter of fact, this Arby's has the best, fastest service of any fast food restaurant in Greencastle... and this has always been the case! Excellent job!!!

  Unbelievable. The girl working the register needs fired! I will never come here again. Something wrong with your order and the girl can't just replace it she has to get a manager approval. Can't customize your order even with an upcharge. Unreasonable employees. Manager said all mozzarella sticks are going to be full of grease. No, you left them in the oil too long.

  Very sticky floors throughout the whole Restaurant. I told them that the floors were sticky all over and they just looked at me like I did not know what I was talking about.
