  We continue to get the same level of terrible service and value from this McDonalds location. We order the same items at other locations locally and rarely have an issue. After we got our food we always check for the extra sauce we pay for. This location continues to only provide the amount shown in photo and for size reference it is a 2oz cup. We have asked for two or offered to pay more and they always provide this amount no matter the amount paid until we ask for more after the fact or pay for more again. Today after finishing playing on her phone the lady in the window wanted to argue about the amount in the cup when questioned about the consistency of value when paying for extra sauce on the side. We again offered to pay for more and what ever it cost to get the full 2oz cup filled. At this point the manager came from the back and took another dollar and we were given a bag with a 2oz cup over flowing with the lid on spilling into the bag making a mess. Other locations have no problem filling the cups each time we pay for the sauce, and we pay every time not looking for a hand out. Looking at the other posts on here it’s clear there has been a change at this location and consistency and quality have suffered recently. I am aware I am complaining about McDonalds but talking to the restaurant has done nothing. We won’t be back and I hope others will consider the value they are getting from this location vs others.

  Ordered my daily iced coffee, it was made incorrectly turned around to go back to the store told the manager was made with the wrong flavoring and the coffee wasn’t strong enough, so the manager made me another iced coffee exactly the same thing it’s not that hard people

  I gave 14$ for 8 mc muffin sausage breakfast sandwich mind you they come buy one and the other one for a dollar he only gave me 4. He insists that's all I get. It was a manager with cross eye.

  Just got food poisoning today. Stay away!!! Live healthy,and save yourself a visit to the hospital.
