Sat at the front of the building 25 min before I had to go in and get my order. 3 cars behind me came and left while I got 2 drinks and a snack. Just horrible all the way around. The young man at the corner sounds as if he hates his job. Then when I walked into store not a word just a disgusted look on his face.

Pregnant girl just cussing up a storm while she was making drinks. RUDE & MEAN worker's. Ordered ahead and our drinks weren't even filled all the way. Just trash.

I say 1 out of 5 times because maybe when the manager makes the drink, it is correct. You either won't get your espresso in it, you won't get the sweetener/flavor for it, or it simply tastes like the milk they use, as it has neither the coffee or flavor, just all the other stuff they put in it. I will no longer be ordering at this location due to the incompetence of the staff.
