The manager made the missing food and brought it to my house themselves. I cant thank yall enough....made my wife's day so much better. The manager went above and beyond. Thank you again. I hope she sees this.

I called her out on the coughing into hand sitch and she acted like I was wrong for doing so. With her attitude turned her back to use hand sanatizer as she "spoke to her coworkers". When she turned around and took my card I inquired if she thought it was funny or a problem. She stated what? I was just talking to my coworkers and just sanatized....I pointed out that I knew that but she wouldn't have if I hadn't called her out on it. Leaving my card beeping in the terminal, walked away stating it's to early for this shit.....you're correct young lady, too early and both acts are TOTALLY unacceptable. A young man finished her job for her. Dunkin do better when choosing employees and teach proper coughing and hand care/sanitation. I hope its all on camera. Thank you. #6535 @ 5:26

I start to order and again get the blank stare. Finally what I believe was the manager comes over and helps complete the order. I ordered a Butter Pecan Machiatto with sugar and cream for my wife, and when I got back to her it ended up being not right at all. Fist and last time going to this Dunkin.
