Ordered on the kiosk and waited and waited. 2 other customers came in they waited a few minutes then were taken care of - AND WE WERE STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGING!!!! Had to go to the counter to ask for my order and the status since we did not order drinks! And to tell them to have better customer service since they CHOSE to work in a customer service job. The girl with the fake eyelashes replied with an attitude and DID NOT HELP ME WITH MY ORDER ANYWAY AND JUST KEPT TALKING BACK! anyway 1 employee understood and he got my receipt and filled my order and apologized - to top it off half of the donuts we wanted were not available so just a horrible experience over all. All that being said the employees at this store need more customer service training and more employees if they can’t handle the work with just 4 people. Oh and the restaurant was not very clean either, the tables were dirty and there were crumbs everywhere.

I don’t pay businesses my hard earned money just to be treated as such. Do better!
