  Peanut buster parfaits are supposed to have hot fudge in bottom, middle and top. Not cold fudge and the cold fudge barley drizzled on the top. Training needs to be done.

  Last time i went i went when It said my food was done. It wasnt another 20 minutes waiting. I own a business as well i get it things happen but its how you handle it and make up for it. But these apps are terrible and the customer service is terrible. They should auto adjust time etc it your order truly isn't ready it wouldnt be that complicated. The ice cream machine was down as well and received no im sorry no offer of a refund for my ice cream no coupon not even a hey im sorry lmao😅🤣💀. My cheeseburger was also missing bacon. Mind you it was a backyard bacon and ranch cheeseburger or whatevrr they call it. So it legit always has bacon🤣🤦‍♂️its not like i request bacon as a add on lol.

  No one else in drive thru. Chicken strip baskets took 15 minutes. Blizzards were melted in the meantime.

  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I Ordered a meal for my family using the DairyQueen app from this store and We never received it due to the snow storm I assume. The problem is that the app said the location was open but when I googled it to call and find out what was going on, it said location closed. So after a few days of waiting for it to be refunded to my credit card, it still charged me for a meal never received. So I disputed the transaction with my credit card company, no big deal but this location tried to say I received the meal and was trying to keep my money even yet the location was closed and 2 drivers canceled the order while waiting for it. Short version, These people are crooks and aren’t trustworthy to be serving food in this community.
