Unfortunately, I didn’t discover until I got home—25 minutes from the location—that I was given the spicy chicken instead. I had to pick it out because, to me, the Chipotle chicken is simply too hot to eat. Unfortunately, I won’t be rolling the dice on this location again. 😕
- SSshilpa sAug 17, 20261.0I love Chipotle, but the service at this location is absolutely awful and I have never been met with such rudeness when trying to fix an mis charge which was their fault. I ordered 1 burrito bowl and guac and was charged for double what I ordered. I charged my card and saw it was $25. I went back in line to kindly ask to fix it because I was double charged. They told me I was just given the wrong receipt and was charged correctly. I told them again, I was charged much more than one burrito bowl and guac would be normally charged. She disagreed with me again and I was 100% sure and told her that’s what showed up on the register when I charged my card. The lady who I think was the manager was involved and made me show her my credit card history. Which showed exactly what I was telling her and she was still refusing to give me my money back- saying it was a transaction from yesterday (this transaction was from 5 minutes prior and I hadn’t been to chipotle in months prior) this absolute incompetence and rudeness is beyond me- I should not have to go to such lengths and be treated in such a way to fix a problem that was their fault.

The last time we checked our food and had an issue, the guy inside was extremely rude and upset with us. My kids love chipotle, but this location is terrible. A $11 chipotle bowl (pictured) wasn’t enough to feed my 50lb daughter. There was more meet in the $4 side we ordered than in her actual bowl! My 16 year old son’s $15 (also pictured) was 1/2 full. My son picked up the order otherwise this would have been corrected. CHECK YOUR MEAL and be prepared to be treated like you’re doing something wrong for wanting it correct!
