  I placed a pick up order for a sundae with extra chocolate and then a sundae with extra caramel with two cheeseburgers. I had a reward for one. I got one with no cheese and ketchup and onion only and they gave me the complete opposite. I went through the drive-through again and sat there for three minutes. Nobody said a word to me and then I pulled around to the window and I sat there for another five minutes until somebody finally came to the window thinking I was a different customer and we got it replaced. We heard them arguing in the kitchen about why they needed a hamburger with only ketchup and onions, and then we get it and there’s literally five small diced pieces of onions on the hamburger. This place is an absolute joke. went inside, I thought i’d finally got it taken care of. NOPE. complete waste of time and money… still got it wrong the 3rd time. DO NOT go to this location. Drive to Floyd’s Knobs. Edit: 5/9 came to get my replacement meals I was told on the phone. I was told to come back tmrw, because (1) they don’t know where the book is (2) there’s no manager there today. LOL. This is ridiculous 😅

  I have a problem with my order 6 outta 10 times at this place. Not even exaggerating. 2 burgers they only give you 1, want a buffalo sauce? Not in the bag...... oh you ord extra pickles only, here's extra onions. Also will you pull to stall 1 wait here for 45 mins for a 4 piece nugget meal. Place is awful

  The convenience is nice however service sucks, the food is seldom correct. Today when me and my mother ordered via app they did not have our order at all, and when we informed them and literally showed and read aloud precisely what we ordered they still managed to mess it up.

  Order wasn't ready at the window you I was sent to a reserved dineout spot to wait. Waited 20 minutes. Food arrived barely warm and was cold by the time I got home.
