    Very clean inside. The food is delicious particularly the new Angus steak sandwich. The service is very helpful and very quick. All in all a great dining experience and certainly worth ringing the bell about.

    TWICE I have ordered the BOGO sandwiches in the app and TWICE I have been charged the full price for the "free" sandwich. The first time I didn't notice until after I picked up my food. The second time I double checked to make sure and it showed the discount but when I paid, my receipt showed the second sandwich at full price. I asked a young man if I could speak to the manager. He asked me what was wrong and told him and he said "yeah, that happens a lot." When the manager came out she just said "nothing I can do. You ordered in the app." Didn't try to come up with a solution. Didn't say she was sorry. Just a stone cold look on her face. I told her to enjoy the extra money the store gets paid. They get paid from the app but can't correct anything because it was ordered through the app. Huh? That's about $20 that was lost to a guy with no income waiting for his disability to be approved. What a slap in the face. Update: my 29 year old son just experienced the same thing. Ordered the BOGO double beef and cheddar and guess what? That's right, the same thing happened to him. Now that's another $10 that the store keeps. Very disappointing.
