  Matt was a phenomenal waiter! It was our first time to an Outback - Matt was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive (but not pushy), and he really just made our experience wonderful. The food was all cooked extremely well. Everything was clean.

  Food was standard for Outback. Service in the store was wonderful and our server was on top of it. But... We had a party of 7, we called ahead for seating and were told we should have called a day in advance. They mentioned that they thought that they would be extremely busy and the wait was going to be long. We arrived and were sat inside of 15 min. Over 1/3 of the tables were open. It almost seemed like the person who answered the phone didn't want us to come. Come on Outback, train the people who answer the phone and don't turn away patrons. Please take note and address this. Other than that the experience was very good. Hope this gets this corrected.

  All 4 of our steaks were cooked perfectly. The entire experience was wonderful. Our waitress Leah could not have done a better job. She was always there when you needed her but not over attentive. We hadn't been here in a while, but will be back soon.

  We stopped in for dinner last night and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. First off - Amber, our server, was tremendous. The service was warm, timely, and genuine. It was like stepping back in time to a period when customer service meant something. She went above and beyond to take care of our table of seven (including 3 messy kids). Thank you Amber! Next- I had the Delmonico steak and it was the best $35 steak I have ever had. I asked for it to be cooked medium and it was cooked absolutely perfect. My compliments to the chef. I am particular about my steak and they knocked it out of the park! It had been a few years since I had been to Outback because it seems like most chain restaurants don't take care of you anymore and the food quality has all gone down hill. I am quick to admit that is not the case for this Outback location. The food, service, and atmosphere were so enjoyable and we will be back very soon! Thank You! Matt
