  Okay so I love dairy queen. This review is coming from someone who genuinely loves dairy. Great food. Wait time? TERRIBLE. I got off work at 10 pm today. I work right beside this dairy queen so I wanted to grab a blizzard on my way home. I pull into the dairy queen drive through at 10:02 pm, and wait 40 MINUTES. there is NOTHING on the menu that should take 40 minutes to make. Its insane that not just me but a total of 6 other cars, 3 in front 3 behind me waited 40 minutes. The workers inside get paid more for the time I waited then what my order even cost. I took pictures of my cars clock just to show proof.

  Grill and, Britney, chill. Rude service, missing fries, and a manager who can't keep her own story straight. Skip this DQ if Britney's working. For anyone who wants the details: Wife went through the drive-thru. Food shoved out the window, fries missing from the bag. She drove back after getting home and went in with the receipt to grab the fries we paid for. Manager Britney told her the fries "weren't paid for, that's why you didn't get them." Receipt said otherwise. Fries eventually appeared after 5 other orders went out. She slid them across the counter in a little bowl, no bag. When my wife asked for one, the bag came flying across the counter too. I called the store. I asked to talk to the manager and started explaining what happened. Turned out I was talking to the manager. Britney told me she'd given the fries for free and my wife was mistaken. I reminded her I had the receipt in my hand. She switched stories and said she'd mixed us up with another customer. She said she was not being rude, I said the way you're talking to my now is rude. I asked: if you were mistaken about that, could you be mistaken about being rude? She told me she had other customers, and hung up. I called corporate. They were lovely. Complaint lodged with the owner. Dairy Queen's a good brand. The folks running this location deserve to know they've got a Britney problem. Toxic, tastes bad.

  Love DQ in French Lick much friendlier than Loogootee DQ

  We ate here while visiting French lick. If you order any burgers that has special orders even a plain cheese burger they can’t get the order correct. It took them 3 times to get us a plain cheeseburger. If you get ketchup or mustard on burgers it’s really sloppy. It look like it was mostly new workers there because when we order they rung us up for meal deal instead of kids meal. Make sure you’re more specific or they won’t get order right. Don’t order if they are extremely busy because they get confused easily about the order!
