- AGAbi Gibson4 days ago1.0We’ve always enjoyed coming to this Qdoba location, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The manager on shift was unexpectedly rude and passive aggressive from the moment we got to the counter. She made a comment about how all of her employees had to go through retraining and that they now have to “scale everything” because of portion sizes. The confusing part was that there wasn’t even a scale being used, yet our bowls were being barely filled. When we politely commented on how small the portions looked, her attitude immediately got worse. It honestly felt like because we spoke up, we ended up getting even less protein unless we paid extra for double meat. We understand paying for double protein if that’s what we order, but the entire interaction felt retaliatory and uncomfortable. The manager — tall, slim, glasses, nose ring — never smiled once and came across incredibly cold toward customers. While we were sitting and eating, we overheard several other customers making similar remarks about her attitude and the portion sizes as well. This is genuinely something the store owner should look into. We normally like this location, but after this experience we’ll probably avoid coming back altogether.

The last three times I’ve gone in they are out of the main meats or have old sitting meat / food that doesn’t look like it’s been stirred for hours. No bueno
