  Nothing like traveling across the state and deciding to make a stop to grab gas and then shoot over for a quick bite. 10 minutes in a drive through line and then given the wrong order. The order I got was significantly cheaper. I paid close to $20 for a $10 order. I guess it was my fault for not checking before I got back on the interstate. It is just when the person hands you the food repeats what you ordered back to you, you think it's right.

  Order a sandwich, fries, coke and a water bottle. Asked for onions to be put on my sandwich. Was charged for said onions. Yet when opened my food, non was giving. Nor was I given a receipt back after paying for food. Nor was I asked if I'd like a receipt either. I am giving two stars because I did get the no lettuce I wanted. But, I get I'm went thru the drive thru at 12:40 at night but also I low-key just wanted onions on my sandwich, instead I get a large glob of mayo... 😭😭

  Worst McDonald’s customer service I’ve experienced in years. I came in as the last customer before the lobby closed and spent about 20 minutes trying to order through the app, which constantly crashes and runs extremely slow at this location. Right when I finally got it working, an employee (short hair, red shirt) came over and shut off the kiosk. I then went to the counter to use my points for a McChicken. One employee was polite and tried to help, but I was told they were already closed. On top of that, the order ended up being wrong anyway. The situation got even worse on another day. My dad was simply filling up water for our RV from the fountain, and the store manager came outside and told us to leave. There was no explanation, and we weren’t even using it for drinking. Then when we returned on a different day just to order food, the same manager told us we weren’t allowed to come back at all. No clear reason, no proper explanation—just turned away after we drove there. If customers are truly not allowed back, that should be clearly communicated in a professional way—not handled like this. It feels like we’re being singled out for no reason. Another issue is that this location doesn’t honor what’s shown in the app and has, multiple times, tried to get me to pay more than expected. I’ve also had problems with incorrect change being given back. I will also be sharing this experience on my TikTok (username: @murderpiggta) so others are aware of how this location treats customers.

  Didn't pack a lunch today, thought "ooh, I havent had any micky d's in a few years, ima get some breakfast." I pulled up to the drive through, was informed they only take mobile orders. Okay. So, I parked and went inside. There's a few kiosks in the middle of the room, no one at any registers. Stood there hungry for a few minutes. Welcome to future, where you can stand there with $52 in your pocket and cannot purchase food. Gonna be a long day. Mcdonalds replied, I told them basically the same thing. The pic is their reply. They just comment on your review to look good I guess?
