  WORST chic fil a i’ve ever been to.waited a super long time in the mobile line and THEN they forgot my 2 large fries and proceeded to not answer the phone for at least 20 mins when i tried to get my fries back until i eventually gave up. this location is a joke and is run by poor management. come here if you want them to take your money and give you no service in return.

  It’s so slow. And I don’t know why, but they always take forever on drinks. I’ve never been at a restaurant of any stature where that’s the case. The staff seems generally clueless a lot of the time. It’s not just this chic fil a though, most new CFA’s in this general area are the same with an exception or two.

  The food is good as always but unfortunately this location has some issues to figure out. When you order on the app with Mobile-Thru, they take a while. Today I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order that I had ordered 15 minutes earlier. When I got home the food was soggy and cold as if it was sitting out for a bit. I had to microwave the side of soup I ordered as well. While I was waiting for my food, the people behind me were getting their orders but couldn't leave because they were taking 30 minutes to give me soggy food. This location makes it very hard to support the franchise as a whole.

  My mobile thru order has been incorrect the past 3 (!!!) times. First, I got home and was missing my small mac and cheese. No big deal, reported it missing in the app, got a free one for my next order. Well, when I decided to use the free mac and cheese on my next orderthey forgot it again. Luckily I checked before I drove off this time. Fast forward to tonightwhen I checked before I drove off, I was missing a cookie and my medium mac and cheese. Really been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt with being a new store, but something is def not right whether it be management or lack of training or both. Wait times are also absolutely insane at times even in the mobile line. I definitely won’t be back for a while, would rather just make the drive to Greenwood Update just got home to find my drink is also wrong lmfao insane

  I came in for breakfast, and then my wife and I stopped by for lunch. I have been to this Chick Fil A several times since opening, and I have to say this was by far the best experience I have had. I always use the drive thru, and my wife and I are always used to there being a wait. However, what we arent used to is being greeted, and informed of what it is exactly that we are waiting on. Alexis provided the best service my wife and I have received since coming here. This experience definitely helped push us to keep coming back! Excellent team member!
