  We’ve ordered takeout through the Buffalo Wild Wings app (NOT DoorDash) twice now, and both times our food never arrived. Each order was over $60. We waited over an hour before having to call, only to be told the order had been picked up and they couldn’t contact the driver. Then we were sent back and forth trying to figure out what happened. We gave it a second chance assuming the first issue was just a mistake, but the exact same thing happened again. The most frustrating part is the lack of answers and accountability. It feels like blame gets shifted around with no resolution. Based on our experience, I would not recommend ordering takeout through the app. It’s been an absolute nightmare.

  Sat at high top table. Ordered drinks. We were forgotten about. We left 20 minutes later sad, dejected and still thirsty.

  We came in about 9:30 p.m. and sat at the bar. The bartender was barely up there. We actually needed food to go so opted for a pick up order inside the restaurant due to lack of service. We did not have a good time. 0/10 recommendations. I told my husband I don’t want to go out to eat for a long time after this happened

  There are 3 other locations within a 30 minute drive - save yourself the trouble and visit those instead. Service has always been subpar, but usually tolerable. Drinks from the bar can be slow. Servers don't always check in. A couple of times it has taken a long time to receive and pay a bill, which can be a struggle at the end of a meal with an impatient toddler, and the bartenders, hosts, and to-go counter are unable (or unwilling?) to help settle a bill without the help of the assigned server. But my most recent experience will be my last. Every time the server checked in, there was a new excuse for why the bartender hadn't made our drinks yet. Everything from an issue with tickets printing to she's having a personal issue. We received our meal after about 45 minutes, just as we were getting ready to walk out. Still no drinks, and food not exactly as ordered, but we decided to feed our hungry toddler and talk to the manager about the situation. He made similar excuses for the bartender and assured us he would personally make our drinks right away. More than half an hour later, we finally worked out a discount and settled the bill and left in frustration. We never received drinks. I don't recommend spicy wings without a beverage - we certainly didn't finish our dinner. I'll drive to Greenwood next time.

  Stay away from the Franklin Indiana location! This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings (possible worst restaurant I have ever been to) since moving here late last year we have given this location a dozen chances and most of the time the service sucks but not enough to complain about. Today we couldn’t even get a drink, after waiting over an hour since ordering our drinks we gave up. The manager even came and talked to us twice and assured us he would go make the drinks but still did nothing. I don’t understand how pouring a beer could be that hard. We still like BWW so I guess we will just make the drive to another location.
