Ryan at the drive-thru was downright rude. While I was asking for condiments, he shut the window in my face and ignored me, then went on taking other orders. He didn’t care if I had everything. Honestly, Ryan has no business being at that window. At this point, this location needs to rethink everything—the service and the experience were unacceptable.
