  Hilariously terrible customer experience. Told to pull around and they will bring out the food. Cool - no problem. 10-15 minutes later and my toddler and I are still waiting. I head inside and the employee mutters "oh God" when she sees me. I explain, she throws something in my bag and tells me they had to wait on food to finish. Terribly run store but cool, no problem. They didn't even cut the quesadilla. The employees are actively sabotaging this store.

  Food was spot on as always. Tables were a little dirty but over all good experience.

  Gluten free. When through stove through here before had no issues. Then I get a couple younger people,And they dismiss without getting a manager and dont asking for help. She thought gluten free met.You couldn't have cheese. I even tried telling here i already know what's i can have. They just need to make sure they do a glove change.Et.Cetera. she quickly dismissed me saying they don't have anything gluten free here. I told her she needed to talk to her manager/rep to even search online for the taco bell site. It will tell you right away.

  I placed an online order through the Taco Bell app for a $9 box that included two Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chalupas. When I arrived, they told me they were out and asked if I wanted regular chalupas instead. I specifically asked if it was the same value and was told yes. After checking the app, I realized the regular chalupa is actually included in the $5.99 Luxe Box, meaning I paid $3 more for essentially the cheaper box. When I tried to explain the price difference, a manager in the back was yelling profanity at employees which was extremely unprofessional. Another manager initially said they would bring me an extra chalupa to make up the difference and told us to pull forward. After waiting, a manager named Dalton came out, refused to honor it, and told me he would call the police for trespassing when I tried to show him the pricing difference in the app. The police actually came and even agreed my concern made sense, but couldn’t force them to fix it. I left having paid more than I should have for the food I received. I also took screenshots of the menu and pricing showing the item I ordered before it mysteriously disappeared from the app while I was there. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.
