  Went and ordered 3 items off of the vue menu, got home and it wasn't even the right order. Called and they couldn't even figure out what order I made. I did customer svs at Mc Donald's and even was a crew trainer. Have some respect for your job! I'd fire you all in a min!!!!

  I placed a mobile order, arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes later and waited an extra 45 minutes ... FOR 2 TACOS! Lots of people were already waiting in the lobby when I arrived. None of the staff would even look our way. Not even the manager on duty. She was more worried about making money drops and putting money in the drawer to the register that wasn't being used. Even when customers were trying to get someone's attention all they would say is "just a minute" just to not acknowledge them again. The drive through was backed up as well. Not sure why the service is so slow with the amount of people that were there. It's a shame that it's a brand new building that is failing.

  To start off the lady working the drive thru was rude. I get it it’s Saturday night but come on. Second we get to the window and they hand us our drinks. I ordered a zero sugar Baja blast. They gave me the regular one. Ignored me when I told them and didn’t replace it so I had to throw it out. Third they have our food away to someone else when we ordered it less than 5 mins before 😐. Then when we finally got our food after being told to park up front, they make the food wrong and missing half of our order and we can’t even go inside bc the main lobby is locked. So long story short don’t go on Saturday night 😂

  night crew for the night of 4/19 into 4/20 were awesome, really quick service and kind attitudes, definitely made my experience a 10/10.
