  All the employees were sober i've never been to a subway like that before usually if i got to a subway i look behind the counter and know they are least on some sort of substance but alas im pretty sure every one of those employees could legally operate a motor vehicle in the state of indiana. The food came fast but not with the love that a high subway employee gives a sandwich.

  I give this Subway -10000. My wife and I walked up to Subway from the bus station. When we got there she stayed outside while I went in to get my food. When I was in there my wife confronted by the general manager. My wife informed me the the general manager had a problem with her standing outside while I was getting my food. (She was sitting in her car when we walked up.) My wife informed her that I was inside ordering his food. She proceeded to call my wife a fag. When my wife came in to tell me this and to let a manager know of the situation the manager to was not interested in what she had to say.

  We stopped in today to grab our dinner from the Rudisill location. There was 3 ppl ahead of us, but soon as we stepped in the young lady greeted us & advised they will be with us shortly. As a person that works in customer service I was definitely pleased. But the young man Marquan that helped us went above & beyond. He was patient & kind, didn’t seem agitated that we were asking a lot of questions but answered with kindness & care. I think that young man deserves his flowers. My family was pleased & we was very happy with our food. B/c of him we will always come back especially if everybody has customer service like his & they make our food like he did, everything was so great.

  The bald headed manager was very hostile. It was disgusting how she treated the guests and even more disgusting how she treated the employees working there. I feel bad for them. The two black males were friendly. The white female on the cash register was friendly but the manager makes this place a horrible atmosphere to work at. Is this the best Subway can do? She had an attitude about everything. I felt rushed and she thought she could treat me like I worked there. She needs to chill, you are just making subs. It’s not that serious. Smh.

  I fell asleep for 4minutes after spending about 25$ worth of food I fell asleep on accident while watching some physic lectures on my laptop And the manager woke me up extremely rudely and told me to leave or they will call the cops Usually I don't post bad reviews but this was alarming to me because I have spent consistently here for two weeks in a row on my off days this will be the last time I go to this subway
